"How the Courage to Be Compassionate Can Transform Our Lives"
Every other Sunday, 10 am -12 pm, Starting January 14th
A secular exploration of the universal benefits of compassion, based on the Compassion Cultivation Training program created by the author Dr. Thubten Jinpa, at Stanford University. Each session will focus one one of the eleven chapters, with discussion, contemplation and meditation exercises focused on helping us live with more compassion.
It is not necessary, but highly recommended to purchase the book. Drop-ins welcome for any session.
