Creating Inner Space
How to meditate on our true nature
Thursdays, 7pm - 8:45pm, starting January 10th
We can create more inner space in our life by learning how to cultivate a balance and present mind, and then learning how to meditate to see the deeper nature of the self. The more we see that there is no solid “me” to cling to, the more we open to a freer experience of life. This is the basis for inner peace and true freedom.
This course will focus on the fundamentals of cultivating presence and space, known as “calm-abiding” and the investigative style of meditation that brings the insight of “emptiness” or “selflessness”.
The course sessions will be experiential, split with discussion and meditation exercises.
