Clear Mind, Powerful Compassion: Practicing to Grow Our True Potential
with Ven. Tenzin Dasel
Saturday, April 29 | 10am - 3:30pm
How can we learn new approaches to cultivate wisdom, compassion, and loving kindness in everyday life situations? Of course, there are many ways and our goal is to increase our own happiness. This is where we start. If our life is like a lovely garden, then we need to know how to prepare the ground and plant the seeds that will lead to its flourishing. We learn to work with all the ugh, compost, too! How does Dharma help us bring the good heart into our lives? When we cultivate causes and conditions with clarity and consistency, powerful transformation results. We will discover how to truly help our heart blossom. Join us for a practical program including calm abiding meditation and down to earth Dharma discourse, as well as Q &A.
Anyone interested in developing peace of mind and a deeper sense of joy based on practical wisdom is welcome.
By donation, suggested amount $30 - $50. No one turned away due to funds.
Held at First Universalist Church of Denver, 4101 E Hampden Ave, Denver CO. REGISTER BELOW!
