New Year's Eve Vajrasattva Retreat

 December 31st, 8:30am - 5pm

A one-day retreat for healing and clearing our energy, emotions, and mind, through guided meditation, yoga and the practice of Vajrasattva.

Vajrasattva is a foundational practice in the tantric tradition that helps us reconnect and uncover our true nature. With visualization and mantra, we go through a healing process to cleanse difficult emotional energy, mistakes of our past, and distraction. The practice can bring about renewed vitality, clarity, and space for compassion and wisdom to manifest in our lives.

Sessions will blend Vajrasattva practice with guided silent meditation, mahamudra, and simple yoga exercises.

We'll finish the day with a celebratory offering feast.

Open to all. Some prior meditation experience recommended. Led by FPMT teacher Justin Jenkins.

Suggested donation $35 to cover costs.  Questions? Please email us.
